William “Bill” Honoski Jr., 89, Tarpon Springs. As a 19-year-old in Long Island, Bill Honoski Jr. led his band, “Bill Honoski and The Polka Time Band.” After leaving the Marines, Mr. Honoski worked as a carpenter, a craft he learned from his father after a day of schooling.
