Sandra L. "Sandy" Mullins, age 75, of Vinton, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020, at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio, of complications from Covid-19. She was born August 25, 1944 in Wellston, Ohio to the late James P. Clark and Beatrice A. Rannells Clark. Sandy was a 1962 graduate of Wellston High School and a graduate of the Southernton Beauty Academy. She was a former employee of the Wellston City Schools, where she served as a substitute teacher's aide. Sandy was also a beloved babysitter for several children for many years.
