Pam Brown Tarpley, 76, passed away peacefully on January 17, due to complications from Covid, with her family by her side. Pam was born in Denver, Colorado, on November 13, 1944, but she got to Texas as fast as she could, where she remained a proud Texan. She was the daughter of Margot Clay Moseley and Winfred Brannan Brown.
