Nicholas Lesko, 95, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2020, after a battle with Covid-19. He was the loving husband for 71 years of Ruth Anne Lesko (nee Uhren). Born in Lakewood, Ohio, he was the son of immigrants, Nicholas and Verona Lesko, and grew up in the Birdtown neighborhood. After graduation from Lakewood High School, Nick served in WWII as a U.S. Army Infantryman in the North African Campaign and Invasion of Italy.
