Kathi Jane (nee Schlameus) Forssell, 64, passed away Friday October 6, 2023, after a courageous fight against complications of COVID. Kathi was born on May 27, 1959 in New Braunfels to parents Freddie Schlameus and Retta Martin. Her paternal and maternal family included multiple generations that had emigrated to the Texas Hill Country during the 1850's-1870's.
