Julie F. Avalos, 85, of Lafayette, Co, passed away on Dec 17th, 2023 after an unfavorable bout with covid. Julie was born on March 22, 1938 to parents Jose and Severa Cervantes, at her home in Brush, CO. After graduating from Boulder High School in 1956, she went to California visiting family. There she met the man she would marry; Manuel C. Avalos and both tied the knot, August 6th 1957, in Sanger, CA.
