Joe Neal Simpson, 77, of Pfafftown NC died at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Hospital on Wednesday November 29th, 2023 from complications caused by the Covid virus. Joe was born the son of Neal McDonald Simpson and Loyce Rowell Simpson in Union County NC on February 20, 1946. After graduating from Piedmont High School, he attended Winston-Salem Barber School.
