Joan A. DeCerio, 77, Cape Coral. Joan DeCerio never sat still...Ms. DeCerio spent many years working for Publix and was a volunteer for many organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club and the Salvation Army. She loved all babies, especially her three great-grandchildren.
