Janice E. Carr passed away on December 15, 2022 at Lourdes Hospital after fighting double pneumonia and COVID-19. She was born in Honesdale, PA and later moved to Greene, NY where she met her husband, John. Jan worked at The Evening Sun on Hale St. Norwich with paper carriers for 30 years and was also a foster parent with her husband for over 20 years.
