Gertrud Michelson, known as Trudel, 94, died 4/12/2024 from Covid-19 pneumonia. She was able to die at home in Sandisfield with the help of Hospice and had family and friends around her. Trudel was born in New York City to Dr. Nicholas Michelson and Franziska Boas, a modern dancer and dance therapist. She married Daniel Pinsky, music editor and pianist, in New York.
