Don (Turtle) McConigly passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024, due to complications from Covid. He was born on February 22, 1956, at Casper Memorial Hospital to Francis J. and Ethel McConigly. He lived his whole life in Casper, except for a short time in California following graduation from Kelly Walsh High School in 1974. He was a hardworking, loving tower of strength to his wife Peggy, and to his kids, and grandkids.
