With COVID-19, Time is Speeding Up

Time is speeding up.

The best countermeasure to lies and outlandish propaganda surrounding COVID-19 is truth and action. Leadership must be transparent and out front with people about COVID-19, variants, and effects. As Americans, we can handle the truth mainly because lies make matters worse.

With social media the largest platform for sharing ideas, information, and news locally and around the world, lies travel fast but truth travels faster and further. Time is speeding up, and truth is speeding up along with it. COVID-19 and its variants will be defeated with truth and action. False claims surrounding COVID-19 will be exposed faster, thoroughly as time speeds up.
